GRINDING
Using modern high precision CNC grinders, a high quality surface can be achieved resulting in a reconditioned roll to extremely close tolerances. Our capability to produce flat, CVC, parabolic and concave body shapes on rolls up to 1570mm in diameter and 45 tonne in weight gives maximum flexibility.

TEXTURING
Our parent company Court Holdings Limited was the original pioneer of Electro Discharge Texture of steel rolls. Our EDT capability and flexibility is offered through two machines capable of producing surface textures with high repeatability and over a range of roughness specifications – from 1µm to 12µm.
CHROME
PLATING
Member of a network of chrome plating facilities in over 30 locations around the world, giving an unrivalled level of experience and knowledge in this surface coating technology. Our focus is on using a thin, hard layer of chromium to give longer roll life and improved quality during the rolling process.
